Welcome to Unlearn Stress! This mobile application ("App") is provided by Excerion Sun LLC, a Delaware company ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing and using this App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Unlearn Stress is a self-care and meditation application designed to help users manage and reduce stress. The App provides various tools and resources, including guided meditations and breathing exercises. Please note that this App is for general wellness purposes only and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical conditions. For any medical concerns, please consult a healthcare professional.
Free and Paid Services
The App is offered as a free download with an optional premium unlock feature ("Premium Service"). The Premium Service provides access to additional features and content. Prices for the Premium Service are clearly indicated within the App. Payment for the Premium Service will be charged to your iTunes or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase.
User Conduct
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the App. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Engaging in any activity that violates any local, state, national, or international law.
- Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation with any person or entity.
- Interfering with or disrupting the App or servers connected to the App.
Intellectual Property
All content and materials available on the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos and software, are the property of Excerion Sun LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the App for personal, non-commercial use.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Excerion Sun LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms within the App. Your continued use of the App following any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
